How to claim the warranty for my faulty MP3 player?

I bought a local MP3 player named as Dapic and when I bought it the shopkeeper assured that there is one year warranty for the MP3 player, so I bought it now after 1 month I am facing lot of problems in it like the player switch off automatically, have to charge it again just hearing 10 songs or so. Now when I went to the shop and asked for
the warranty coverage the shopkeeper asking me to go for the Main Office of Dapic, now where I will go find it? How to claim my warranty given for the MP3 player?

Dapic is one of the good sellers for MP3 player and some pieces do come as faulty one. Now you cannot demand the shop keeper to give a new MP3 player but you can raise the complain to them for further processing. Just call 1800-102-9988 (Toll Free No ) and tell your problem. Once the bill date and things get confirmed from the shop dealer that your MP3 player as some fault then it will be sent to the shop where you can get it back in 10-15 days time.
