Can you tell me more about Android 3.0 HoneyComb version?

What all its new features? I know that Android 3.0 HoneyComb version is introduced more likely for the Android tablets but what is about this version? Can you tell me what all new features added in this? Is it more like in designing or in performance oriented OS?

We can say that the Android 3.0 HoneyComb version is more like good in both design and performance as it supports particularly for tablets which as larger screen sizes. One of the key thing to note is that HoneyComb comes up with the holographic UI design which is more elegant and have content-focused interaction.

There are many new things been introduced in HoneyComb version which are as follows,

-> A new system bar with global status and notifications.

-> Action bar which is more like for the Application control.

-> Customizable home screens which give the user instant access for any context.

-> Recent apps present in the system bar for easy visual multitasking.

-> Redesigned keyboard to make it more simpler usage.

-> Improved text selection, copy and paste.

-> A new connectivity option of Media/Photo Transfer protocol that will sync media files with a USB connected camera or desktop computer.

-> Updated standard apps as like the browser, camera and gallery, contacts and E-Mail app.

-> There are many more new developer features are offered in the Android 3.0 HoneyComb version which are worth to try it.
