Author Topic: Fix for Code 10 error when trying to sync Samsung mobile MTP device with PC  (Read 2230 times)

Whenever I try to connect my Samsung mobile with the PC I just get the error code 10 problem and I am not able to connect my phone properly to the system. What should be done for this issue? Have anyone came across this similar issue? Is there any workaround available for this problem to make my Samsung mobile properly?

There is a workaround available for this issue to be fixed in your system when connecting the Samsung mobile. Just follow the below mentioned steps,

STEP 1: Open Samsung Kies software in your system -> Select Menu -> Driver recovery from the left side of the window.

STEP 2: Wait till the drivers getís reinstall in your system.

STEP 3: Once the installation is done, go to your mobile -> Settings -> Application -> Development -> Select the USB Debugging option and connect your phone to the USB.

STEP 4: The drivers will be installed properly which are needed in your system.

STEP 5: Once that is done , unplug your mobile and revert the change which you did that is uncheck the Select USB Debugging option from your mobile again.

STEP 6: Disconnect your mobile completely and try to reconnect again to your PC which should work without any issues now.
