Fix for Samsung Galaxy S3 Kies application problem?

Everything was working fine with the Kies application in my PC where I was able to sync up with the Samsung Galaxy S3 but now for some reason I am not able to start it at all. It just gives some error and fails to open. Can someone tell me what should be done for this problem?

The main reason for the Samsung Kies application showing error or problem is that you might have started the update at some time which cause the problem where you wonít be able to start the application at all. Just follow the steps given below to fix the issue,

STEP 1: Unplug your Samsung Galaxy S3 phone.

STEP 2: Uninstall the Kies application completely from your system.

STEP 3: Open the Program files folder and delete the samsung USB driver and Kies folder.

STEP 4: Now reinstall the application again in your PC.

STEP 5: Donít do the update which will be asked at the end of the setup.

STEP 6: Connect your Samsung Galaxy S3 again to your Kies application which should fix the problem.
