Yes, it is possible to make a copy of Xbox games for your own all you need to do is to install a couple of 3rd party software’s in your PC and follow the steps given below,

STEP 1: Insert your Xbox game CD in your PC CD-ROM.

STEP 2: Download and Install CDRWin software in your system http://cdrwin.en.softonic.com/

STEP 3: Open CDRWin (or also any other image extractor) to make an iso image of the game
on your hard disc. Click on 'Extract Disc/Tracks/Sectors'

STEP 4:  Follow the exact settings given below to make the copy,

Disc Image/Cue sheet
File-Format: Automatic
Reading-Options:RAW, CD+G, CD-TEXT and MCN/USRC all Unchecked
Error Recovery: Ignore
Jitter Correction: Auto
Subcode Analyses: Fixed
Data-Speed: MAX
Read Retry Count: 10
Audio Speed: MAX
Subcode Threshold: 900

STEP 5: After setting the above -> Click on 'Start'

STEP 6: Now install any of the ISO burning software and select the .cue file (game file which is extracted from the STEP 4) and burn it into the DVD disc.
